I go by the call name Etienne. Currently I am filling a role as Managing Director to PBC Group (Pty) Ltd. I also fill roles as a Business Analyst by deploying my MBA (Henley), and as a Legal Consultant to law firms by deploying my Law Degree (Unisa).My personality type is Architect (INTJ), Red D (DISC), Enneagram 8. I am a result orientated change agent, and a multi-passionate personality.I am an introvert by virtue of the fact that I enjoy being on my own when relaxing, however that’s a borderline trait with some apparent extrovert tendencies.I am primarily an Analyst (16 years) and known for my rationality, impartiality, and intellectual application.I can quickly identify areas of potential failure in systems and then leverage human, financial, and other resources to bring an improvement. Being a multi-passionate person means I have a wide range of skills.I have 20+ years manufacturing focused senior management experience with oversite of multiple factories, management teams and roles.
